It was the wish of our Southern Province during tenure of Sr. Cleta and her Council to open a new convent in mission station in Tamil Nadu. Sr. Sujaya through her uncle Fr. Nanbikairaju the Vicar General of Vellore Diocese found a place in Kolappalur parish in Vellore Diocese. Then the Provincial Approached Bishop Rev. Dr. Chinnappa Sdb. He in his all willingness accepted us in to his diocese. Thus we started our mission at Kolappallur in the year 17th 1995.

Sr. Sujaya was the first sister in charge and community members were Srs.Quientilla and Pavana. We made an agreement with the Bishop that he will give us aided HM post in RCM School (Tamil Medium) and to start a matriculation school in the Parish at Kolappallur.

We have adopted 2 villages. We teach catechism as well as pray with them. We take every week turns to visit the villages of the substation. We celebrate Christmas with them we share our joy by giving them gifts and programs by our school children. In our parish we take up choir, every day visit the families, specially praying with the families and participate in BCC prayer meeting too.

We take active part in the mission of teaching as well as pastoral work.
