ST. ANTONY’S ENGLISH MEDIUM L.P. SCHOOL, VADAKARA (1998)

The people of Vatakara had no English Medium School, which led to public pressure to establish one. Inspired by the spirit of our foundress, Mother Veronica, who believed that God’s love is all-sufficient, we aim to provide a Christian education directed towards the church and country, focusing on the transformation of society. We strive to form children who are spiritually oriented, intellectually well-informed, physically fit, and emotionally balanced. With a strong sense of mission, we show preference to the underprivileged, especially girls. While we aim for academic excellence, our special focus is to instill the following values in those entrusted to our care:

The school began functioning in the Punchiri Nursery School building. We conduct various extracurricular activities such as dance classes, music classes, and abacus classes. The school is on its path ahead, with majestic buildings, a well-protected and clean environment, and greenery that claims attention. Our school contributes to the physical and mental well-being of its students through curricular and co-curricular activities. The level of academic excellence and the practice of values nurtured by the founders leave indelible marks in the lives of many girls.

To this day, the school stands as a temple of learning, a supporting pillar to its staff and students, radiating strength and guidance. The school was affiliated and received recognition on May 19th, 2015. Students have opportunities to compete at the sub-district level, achieving overall championships in Sports and Kalolsavam for the years 2016-2017, which was highly appreciated. The selfless service in the field of education and faith formation for children has garnered high praise from all. Over the years, the school has distinguished itself through meritorious service in both education and extracurricular activities.
