ST.THERESE JUNIOR SCHOOL SHORANUR (1961)

The purpose of this school is to impart English education to the children of railway employees, serving as a feeder school for the high school where English medium instruction begins from Class V onwards. The school has provided quality education to young children in an area that was previously underserved in English education and lacked nearby girls’ schools.

The school received recognition from the Government of Kerala in 2015 and currently operates as an unaided private school. Due to the cooperation, hard work, and dedication of our staff, the school has achieved a commendable standard in both education and co-curricular activities.

Our students participate in scholarship examinations conducted by outside agencies and consistently achieve commendable results. Their performance in sub-district kalotsavams and sports events is particularly noteworthy.
